Atas Quality Services LLC is a community based residential program committed to providing quality care, treatment and an inclusive supportive environment to individuals with developmental disabilities. The expected benefits to our individuals include the establishment of realistic individualized  goals according to specific needs of every individual, social skills and the improvement in overall psychiatric functioning, with the intent of the individual becoming a more productive and integrated member of the society. Meet Our Management

Pamela Fonju DNP, APN is a Co-founder of ATAS Quality Services, LLC., a residential group home for adults with developmental disabilities, located in Northern Virginia. Dr. Fonju began her career in New York City Health and Hospital Cooperation where she served for over sixteen years in several capacities in the Emergency Department, Ambulatory Surgery subspecialty and Pediatric Surgery clinic.  After graduating with her doctorate degree Dr. Fonju served as the regional administrator for the child health program – a collaborative nurse lead program focusing on the physical, mental and behavioral health care needs of children in foster care.

She is also an educator, a health care consultant and a chronic disease management specialist. Dr. Fonju was a nurse consultant for AdvoServ of New Jersey for over 10 years. During the time she provided services at AdvoServ, she gained great skills and knowledge to take care of individuals with developmental disabilities.

She has published several health-related articles in peer review journals. Dr. Fonju has spoken both nationally and internationally on topics related to chronic disease screening and management.

She is affiliated with American Association of Advance Practice Nurses, American Association of Nurse Educators and Project hope.  She holds a BSc from the City University of New York, a Masters from Rutgers and Doctorate from William Paterson University of NJ.

When she is not busy working, she enjoys visiting national parks, historic sites, music, cooking, and outdoor activities.

Thomas Lekeanyi is a Co-founder of ATAS Quality Services LLC, – a Residential Group Home for Adults located in North Virginia. Thomas Lekeanyi is an Educator, Sociologist, project manager and a risk management consultant.

Thomas holds a B.A. and Med/ MSc Sociology from Heinrich Heine University of Dusseldorf, Germany. Thomas was the Director and Tutor at Fortbildungsakadamie der Wirtschaft (Advanced Learning institute of Economy) in Oberhausen Germany.

After migrating to the USA, Thomas worked in AdvoServ of New Jersey as a group home supervisor with the role that involved overseeing the daily operations of 5 homes, supervising staff, and ensuring the well-being of the residents with developmental disabilities.

Thomas has been a Sociology Adjunct Faculty at Kean University and Passaic County Community College at New Jersey. Since 2021, Thomas has been a Risk Management Coordinator for MEIGER Health, a home health agency in Washington DC.

Thomas is very world open, goal oriented, focused, compassionate and has the passion of working with people from diverse background and a special a passion for providing quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
